Websites
Custom-built, not templated. Fast, clean, and built to convert — a site that says what you do, loads instantly, and works on every phone in your congregation or customer base.
Websites · Media & Distribution · Custom Tools · Forms & SOPs
I help churches, nonprofits, and small businesses get their message and their work online — through websites, live and recorded media distribution, and custom tools that solve the specific problem you actually have.
What I Do
Not a generic agency. A tech problem-solver who happens to be excellent at websites — with real, hands-on experience behind every one of these.
Custom-built, not templated. Fast, clean, and built to convert — a site that says what you do, loads instantly, and works on every phone in your congregation or customer base.
For churches especially: live production setup, streaming, and getting your sermons onto YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. Because the people who can't be in the room — homebound members, folks who moved away, someone searching at 2am — still deserve to hear the message.
Purpose-built tools that solve one specific workflow problem — configurators, internal tools, client-facing calculators. Like the lift chair fitting tool I built for a medical supply company: answer a few questions, get matched to the right product. That kind of thing, for your problem.
Custom-designed forms — paper or digital, branded, built to your standards — and documented SOPs that turn "how we do this" tribal knowledge into something a new hire or volunteer can actually follow. A great low-friction starting point if you're not ready for a full rebuild.
How It Works
A low-cost, no-pressure starting point — a short call or questionnaire where we figure out what you actually need and whether we're a good fit. $250 flat.
You get a clear recommendation in plain language: here's what I'd build, here's why, and here's exactly what it costs. No surprises later.
Your website, app, media system, or forms & SOPs — built, tested, and delivered. You see progress along the way, not a black box.
Optional monthly retainer: content updates through an admin panel, fast-turnaround fixes, and someone who already knows your setup when you need a change.
Services & Pricing
Real numbers up front, because guessing games waste everyone's time. Every project starts with a Discovery Session.
$250 flat
A short call or questionnaire-based review. You leave with a clear recommendation — even if the recommendation is "you don't need me."

Who This Is For
If it turns out we're not a good fit after discovery, I'll tell you so — and point you toward something that is. You'll never get a proposal for work you don't need. That's the whole point of starting small.
About
I'm Jonathan Hernandez — Post Oak Web Co. is me. I've spent years running media for churches — live production, streaming workflows, and getting sermons onto YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts, week in and week out. And I've spent years on the tech side of our family's medical equipment business — building the website, the forms, the internal tools, and the documentation that keep a real company running day to day.
The reason the media work matters to me is simple: some of the people who most need to hear a message are the ones who can't be in the room. Homebound members. Families who moved away. Somebody who'd never walk through the door but will press play. Getting your message to them isn't a technical chore — it's the mission. I just happen to know the technical part cold.
So whether it's a website, a streaming pipeline, a custom tool, or the SOP binder nobody's had time to write — bring me the problem. If I can solve it, I'll tell you how and what it costs. If I can't, I'll tell you that too.
