Websites · Media & Distribution · Custom Tools · Automations

Your message and your work, online — done right.

I build websites, media systems, and custom tools for churches, nonprofits, and small businesses. You bring me the problem. I build the thing that solves it.

What I Do

Four ways I can help

I'm not an agency. I'm one person who has done all four of these things for real organizations, and I only take on work I know I can deliver.

Websites

Hand-built, no templates. Your site will load fast, say clearly what you do, and work on every phone in the pews or the parking lot.

Media & Distribution

Live production setup, streaming, and getting your sermons onto YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. Some of the people who most need Sunday's message are homebound, or moved away years ago, or will only ever press play at midnight. This is how you reach them.

Custom Web Apps & Tools

Small software that solves one specific problem. I once built a tool for a medical supply company that asks a patient a few questions and recommends the right lift chair. Whatever your version of that is, I can probably build it.

Automations

A custom app is something you open. An automation is something you never have to. It's the recurring job that quietly eats someone's Monday morning: the report rebuilt by hand every week, the invoice retyped into a spreadsheet, the reminder somebody has to remember to send. It usually starts by writing down how the work actually gets done, which is worth having on its own.

How It Works

A simple, honest process

  1. 1

    Discovery Session

A short call or a written questionnaire, your choice. We figure out what you need and whether I'm the right person to build it. $250 flat.

  2. 2

    Proposal

I come back with a recommendation in plain language: what I'd build, why, and what it costs. The number I quote is the number you pay.

  3. 3

    Build

I build it, test it, and show you progress while it's happening. You will never wonder what's going on with your project.

  4. 4

    Ongoing

If you want it, a monthly retainer covers content updates, quick fixes, and having someone on call who already knows how your setup works.

Services & Pricing

Transparent, à la carte

Real numbers up front. Every project starts with a Discovery Session.

Starter Website

From $1,750

Up to five custom pages, no templates, live in two to three weeks. Sized for small churches and organizations that need a solid front door on the internet.

Full Custom Build

From $4,250

For bigger sites: more pages, custom features, integrations, and help with your content from first draft through launch.

Maintenance Retainer

Monthly scoped to your site

Content updates, fast fixes, and priority turnaround when something breaks. Priced with your proposal to match what your site needs.

Custom Web Apps & Tools

Project-based

Quoted after discovery. Scoped to the one problem you need solved, without the features you don't.

Automations

Project-based

Often starts with an SOP: we write down how the work gets done now, then automate the parts that shouldn't need a person. Priced to the job, since a two-step handoff and a full pipeline aren't the same thing.

Media & Distribution Setup

Quoted after discovery

Production consulting plus a full distribution pipeline: live stream, YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts, set up and documented so your own team can run it.

Both website tiers include hosting and domain setup, whether you're starting fresh or bringing a domain you already own. And you own your domain, always.

Who This Is For

A good fit if…

  • You're a small church, nonprofit, or small business
  • You want something built around how you work
  • You're willing to invest in doing it right the first time
  • You'd rather work with one person who owns the whole thing than a rotating agency team

And an honest note

If discovery shows we're not a good fit, I'll say so and point you toward something better. You'll never get a proposal from me for work you don't need.

About

Someone who's done the thing

Jonathan Hernandez

I'm Jonathan Hernandez, and Post Oak Web Co. is just me. For years I've run media for churches: live production, streaming, and putting sermons on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts every single week. I also handle the tech side of our family's medical equipment business, where I built the website, the forms, the internal tools, and the documentation that keeps the place running.

The media work matters to me because some of the people who most need to hear Sunday's message can't be in the room. They're homebound, or they moved away, or they might never walk through the door but would press play some night. Reaching them is the mission. The technology is just how it gets done, and I happen to know that part cold.

Whatever the problem is, bring it to me. If I can solve it, I'll tell you how and what it costs. If I can't, I'll tell you that too.
